Ich war im April mit meinem Freund für 2 Wochen in Teneriffa in diesem Apartment und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Das Apartment ist zwar nicht das modernste, doch man findet alles was man braucht und falls etwas fehlt organisiert Oliver dies sofort. Er ist sehr gastfreundlich und man kann ihn immer kontaktieren, falls man Infos benötigt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch mal herkommen. :)

Proprietario sempre disponibile e rapido a farsi sentire, un servizio eccellente. La casa è ubicata in una posizione ottima, 5 minuti dalla spiaggia principale e dai locali. Consigliato.

Quite a nice little place, electrical and coal grill + extra fridge outside if you need that. Nice bed, not to hard. Channels worth watching on the TV. Good speed on internet access. A DVD and you actually have some to watch as well. Flat is fully stocked with stuff, for the beach, for cooking. I did not miss anything at all. Do indeed look up Calle de Venezuela near by for a local butcher so you can have your pata negra jamon! Can´t think of anything else right now but that it was a nice stay! Thank You!

Были встречены дружелюбно, общались на русском языке. Описание в точности соответствует. Магазины рядом, до пляжа минут 5. Вайфай есть, скорость ОК. (стоил 10 евро неделя) Из плюсов собственная парковка.

I made my booking just one day prior to the arrival, but had no problems communicating with Oliver in timely fashion. He was very responsive and provided me with all the necessary information. When I arrived, Oliver's assistant met me at the bus station which is only som 500 m away from the studio. The studio was exactly as described, clean and well equipped, evenhough it is a bit dated. The front faces the lower level of the street side, the back overlooks a nice green are area and faces other studios. This turned out to be the only negative, since many people live half way outdoors and when they start arguing in a typical southern way, "washing the laundry in public" for what seems hours in a very loud voices, it becomes quite a drag.... Outside of these periods, the outdoors was nice and quiet.

We had really flexible hours to arrive and leave what was good! We got the keys immediately. The apartment was even better then we thought we had everything we needed and even more! It's really close to everything the shops, sea and places to go out. We had a fabulous view from the terras. We loved it and would go back!

We have just returned from Tenerife. The apartment is not very large, but cozy. We liked the terrace with green grass and views of the Teide. Sometimes I even walked through the grass barefoot in the end of the day, very relaxed). The apartment has everything for a good rest, Oliver was so kind that gave us wi-fi for the entire period. Although the street was always noisy, in the apartment was quiet and peaceful (except for compatriots who behaved badly and was noisy at night). Especially big thanks to Priit - assistant Oliver for attention. He met us at the bus station and as we walked to the apartment, Priit told us where and what stores, how to get to the beach, sightseeing, cafes... Also he helped us to rent a car for really low prices on the island. And in the morning he came to remind us that today, watches have been translated into hours ago ) in One word, our vacation was a success, we recommend this apartment and hope to return there again )

The apartment was really great. Clean, equines with everything you need + some extras like some good books and movies if you have time to watch the tv, which also has many channels in different languages. The terrace is nice, green with a view of a garden and the peak of mount Teide in the background,the position of the terrace is also great because after around 10am it will be in a nice shade which is a really valuable thing in a Tenerife sunny day. Also the location of the apartment is really good, basically its close to everything, 8minutes walk to the best beaches, 5 minutes from the best clubs in the area and supermarket, restaurants and here is another plus beside the location of the apartment is near these noisier clubs, the apartments are a little bit inwards from the street separated with a fence, so if don't worry about the noise, in the apartment you wont here a thing if you are craving for a nice long sleep after a long day on the beach. Maybe if you get a noisier neighbor in the close by apartment, which we got in the last day, but it was ok. Also the host helped us a lot moving around the island and we got some really valuable information, where to buy food, drinks, tickets. He booked our rent-car which was really cheap comparing to others and also organized the returning of the car without us asking for it so basically we had a full service of a good hotel, with a freedom of renting an apartment. So in one word, we enjoyed our stay and we recommend this apartment and the host as well, you wont be disappointed staying here. We will be back!

Kui olime päeva Tenerifel veetnud, siis üllatusime, kuidas me polnud seda päikesesaart varem avastanud. Tõesti, kui soovid eestimaisest pikast talvest põgeneda või suve pikendada, siis on see suurepärane paik. Kes soovib ise saarel ringi vaadata ja olla oma aja peremees, neile soovitame kindlasti rentida auto. Liiklemise teeb mugavaks tasuta parkimine.
Elamiseks valisime väikese murulapikesega apartmendi esimesel korrusel, kus sai ka grilli kasutada ja maitsta kohalikke grillvorstikesi. Inimesed on saarel sõbralikud ja kohati ei saanudki aru, kes seal on kohalik või kes turist. Autode järgi sai küll eristada, sest väga palju on liikluses rendiautosid.
Kindlasti soovitame tuttavatelegi Tenerifel puhkamist. Kahju, et päikest ja sooja ei saa kotiga koju kaasa tuua.
Suured tänud Priidule ja Oliverile, kes meile nõu ja jõuga abiks olid.

Hello, We were satisfied with this residence. It is very near to the beach, next to the supermarket, bars and nightclubs, just 15 minutes away from cheap and large supermarket Mercadona on foot. So, this living place has active nightlife but is calm and quiet, too. Moreover, there are all the necessary kitchen equipment and comfortable double bed. Only disadvantage is sofa, which is uncomfortable for sleeping, but we solved the problem laying the mattress on the floor.
In summary, we would recommend to stay here because of good value for money.
