Great studio in a great location of Tenerife. The complex has a lovely, very quiet pool area. The washing machine was a great bonus with the studio and came in so handy. The cooking facilities were good too! Overall a great stay!

This apartment is in a great location with everything you need in the apartment. The area is very quiet and still less than 5 minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Las americas and Costa Adeje. It was very clean and the host is very nice and welcoming, responds very quickly to any requests or problems you may have during your stay. If I come back to Tenerife I would definetely look to stay here again!

We had great holidays in Oliver's apartment! It is very well equiped with everything you need for your holidays, and a great sea view with the balcony. The swimming pool in the complex is great! Beaches, bars and restaurants are very close by foot. The private parking is a great asset when you rent a car. We recommand this apartment!

The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was light, airy and had all white goods needed including an iron and washing machine which was useful. We stayed at the Boriquen due to being in close proximity of Calypso bar who are friends/family(which I would highly recommend you visit :) ) ... If you are in Tenerife for the nightlife the apartment is a 10min walk from the strip and the rear gate gives a direct 10minuite walk to Siam Water park! If you are looking for a more relaxing holiday, stay by the apparments pool and stop for a cocktail or two at Calypso! Would definitely recommend Oliver and his apartment and will definitely be back!

Very good location - close to the beach and quite far away from bars and restaurant noise, although they are 5 min walk. Private parking which was a great solution. Nice views to the ocean and mountains. Thank you very much Oliver!! We had great time!

The apartment was great, it has everything that you need for a vacation. The sand beach is 5 minutes away, and also the Siam park. You have near many supermarkets where you can buy food and drinks. Oliver thank you for having us!

La Description et les photos de l'appartement correspond exactement à la réalité, je dirais même que la vue et encore plus belle en vrai! Beau quartier, et très bien situé, car tout est facilement accessible depuis la residence ( TF41 siam park aqualand plages .... etc) Appartement très propres, complet , sécurisé, présence d'un coffre fort, piscine propre. La résidence fut très calme mis à part les derniers jours avec l'arrivé des travaux dans les appartements a proximité. Sinon rien a redire. Oliver est un hote excellent!! Je recommande fortement! Merci!

Molto buono! L'appartamento dispone di tutto l'essenziale: cucina ben attrezzata, molti ricambi di lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno e teli da mare ed elettrodomestici tra cui lavatrice. L'appartamento è in una zona molto centrale, ma al riparo dal caos della vita notturna.

La casa è in una posizione molto comoda, tutto ciò che si vede nelle foto lo si ritrova nella casa, la casa è piccola ma molto vivibile in due persone, è molto attrezzata di tutti gli oggetti utili per la casa. Oliver è stato molto accogliente e molto gentile, qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno lui ci aiutava, l'unica pecca era il Wi-Fi che funzionava poco. Piscina e solarium carini a parte il bar che non funzionava benissimo, per il resto bella esperienza.

He pasado en Tenerife una semana con mi familia, mi madre y hermana. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para vivir cómodamente en el día a día, muy limpio y muy bien situado. A escasos 5 min de la playa. El anfitrión, Oliver, muy atento siempre. Si tenemos que volver a las Islas, claramente nos pondremos en contacto con él. Gracias!

Oliver fué un anfitrión estupendo. Se preocupo de nuestra llegada al aeropuerto, estuvo puntual a la hora acordada y nos comentó todo lo que había en la zona. El apartamento tiene vistas al mar, mejores incluso que en la foto. Cuenta con todo, hasta unos libros por si quieres leer. La ubicación es perfecta, a 5 minutos contados de la playa y del paseo marítimo. Un placer haber estado, de 10! Oliver was a great host. He has worried about our arrival to the airport, was on time at the agreed time and told us everything that was in the area. The apartment is even better than the picture, incredible sea views. It has everything, even some books if you want to read. The location is perfect, 5 minutes away from the beach and boardwalk. A pleasure, 10!

Хочу поблагодарить Оливера за отличный приём на Тенерифе! Апартаменты полностью соответствуют их описанию и фото. Комната к приезду была абсолютно чистой. Своя парковка, отличная комната, полностью укомплектованная кухня, много полотенец, коврики для пляжа - все что нужно для отличного отдыха. Оливер встретил нас у входа, показал и рассказал все о магазинах и достопримечательностях вокруг. На любые вопросы я мог получить ответ по телефону незамедлительно. Уезжали мы посреди ночи и Оливера без каких-либо проблем пришёл, чтобы проводить нас. В общем, хозяин сделал все, чтобы создать для нас комфортный отдых! Очень рекомендую Оливера и его апартаменты к жилью!

Oliver's apartment was the perfect spot in Playa de las Americas. Oliver was helpful meeting us right away, showing us where to park, and recommending places for dinner, markets and shoping center in the neighborhood. Getting into the center of Playa de las Americas from the apartment was very easy and quick, we needed maybe 10min by walk. The apartment was just how it is pictured, actually I would say it is prettier. This is a great place to stay! And If you need any advice or whatever Oliver is there for you! :) Thank you again, hope to see you soon.
