Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances à Costa d'Adeje. Le logement de notre hôte est situé dans une résidence calme en hauteur. Pour les marcheurs, ce logement permet d'accéder à toutes les plages de sables de la côte sud avec chacune sa particularité. Pour s'y rendre, c'est une marche agréable chaque fois, en bord de mer, au travers des multiples centres commerciaux. En voiture, tout est accessible rapidement. L'appartement offre un beau volume et présente tout le coté pratique pour faire à manger, le linge est sur place, nous avons très peu profité de la piscine mais c'est un endroit sympathique. Le plus de ce logement est la très grande terrasse aménagée avec une vue sur la mer la journée et vue sur la côte illuminée le soir. La facilité de communication et de réactivité d'Olivier est vraiment très appréciable. Cette communication facilitée est générale à cette ile, tout est fait en sorte pour s'y sentir bien, le jour comme la nuit. En plein mois d'aout, j'ai eu un peu peur de l'affluence, et bien non. Même sur les plages, les plus fréquentées, vous trouvez un espace qui permet de vous installer sans être les uns sur les autres. Vous pouvez accéder à toutes les activités nautiques et autres dans la minute où vous l'avez décidée. La côte regorge de restaurants en tout genre. Et le must est que cette ile est ultra bien aménagée pour l’accessibilité des personnes en situation de handicap, de quoi faire rougir la France... et peut-être d'autres pays... Vacances à faire et à refaire et sans aucun soucis dans la même location. Merci Olivier et bonne continuation.

ТИХОЕ местечко с хорошими видами с терассы (не маленькой): в одну сторону на океан, в другую сторону на горы. особенно подойдёт людям, которые любят пешие прогулки с небольшими нагрузками (комплекс находится на возвышенность, впрочем как и большинство на Тенерифе). Кухня, ванная и спальня - есть всё необходимое для самостоятельного отдыха не обременённого услугами гостиниц. Холодильник, не новый , но в отличном состоянии и очень чистый, новая стиральная машина, микроволновка, эл. плита с эл. духовкой, электрочайник и кофеварка. WI-FI иногда "троит", но это не критично для общения и просмотра почты. Особенно хочется отметить хозяина Оливера - добродушный, вежливый, откликается на любые просьбы (даже такие как помощь в заказе такси или весы для взвешивания чемоданов!!!!!!.

Appartement très agréable, la terrasse donne une vue sur la mer et une vue sur le Teide. Dans l'appartement, il y a tout le nécessaire, c'est vraiment pratique . Il faut marcher environ 10 minutes pour atteindre la côte et cela se faire rapidement.C'est en pente mais comme tout le reste de l'île.Le rapport qualité-prix de cet appartement est vraiment très bon.

We had an excellent stay here. The apartment is nice and has everything you need with a small supermarket nearby selling fresh bread. The balcony was the best part as it is private and not overlooked, getting sun in the afternoon and offering a great sunset view. As long as you don't mind walking up a hill to get there, would definitely reccomend!

Oliver was easy to contact before the journey as well as well the day of our arrival. The apartment was exactly as described in the advert, well equipped. We had a great time in Tenerife! There is a wonderful restaurant close to the apartment (2min walk) called Barracuda Barra y Mantel, delicious! Thanks Oliver!

The apartment is located in a beautiful complex, just outside the chaotic. It has all the essentials for living. Nearby there is everything you need: the taxi stops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets. For us it was a strategic point to visit this beautiful island. A nice holiday. Thanks Oliver!

Отдыхали с женой в апреле. Искали тихое место и не прогадали. Отличное расположение вид на океан и на Тейде, в апартаментах есть все необходимое для проживания, а бассейн с подогревом отличное дополнение в это время года. Оливер очень быстро отвечал на все вопросы, организовал нашу встречу в аэропорту. Нам все очень понравилось. Огромное спасибо!

We have just spent a very relaxing week in Windsor apartment. From the moment I booked the accommodation until the moment we boarded our flight home everything ran smoothly. Oliver was very quick to respond to my queries and was waiting for us with keys and a quick tour on our arrival. The apartment itself had everything we needed and it really was a cosy home from home. The complex is quiet and safe. We enjoyed a couple of afternoons by the pool. The area is really pleasant with many restaurants and plenty to do and see. The apartment is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle (which was what we were looking for!). As a result of this, I would say having a car is a big advantage. We rented a car for a great price and feel that it was definitely worth it. We visited Los Cristianos, Las Americas etc and drove all the way up to el Teide which was really an experience! That said, a car is not a necessity as the apartment is a short drive from the airport (20 mins) and within walking distance of the town/amenities. There are regular buses going to all other towns/cities/attractions. The taxi service is excellent and very reasonably priced (which allowed us to leave the car at home and enjoy a couple of drinks on one or two evenings!). We would highly recommend Windsor apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay in Tenerife and summer in the middle of Februari:-). The appartment was located in a quiet neiborhood, which we appreciated as we had kids with us. It looked exactly as on the pictures and we found all we needed for one week stay. It was really handy with the tiny grocery store and warmed pool in our condominium. Even if outside busy downtown it was still very close to water parks and other attractions. Oliver is really responsive, communicating with him was quick and smooth. Getting/leaving keys was well organized even if we did not met Oliver in person. Thanks!

We had a good time in Tenerife and Windsor Park. Oliver meet us, explained everything and helped us with useful advises.We felt us very safe. The apartment was clean and pleasant. Near our apartment was big supermarket and Aqua park. We enjoyed staying there and we would recommend his apartment.

The flat (located in a Tenerife-typical apartment complex, pool is part of the complex) is really nice, cozy and spacious. Everything went very smoothly, only parking can be of some little trouble... The complex is really silent and relaxing and people are friendly. The flat was clean and everything you need is there (incl. washing machine!). The location is also quite convenient, supermarket and city centre and beaches are in walking distance. All in all: Recommendation!

We enjoyed the stay in this apartment. Oliver was nice and helpful when we met him the first day, and helped us also when we had a problem at 11pm one night... The aparment is well located, there are 2 little supermarkets just next to it and one big a few minutes far. Though there is no parking it was not too difficult to park the car.
