We had the perfect stay - location is amazing, less than 5 minute walk to beach and all the restaurants you could want, the complex is quiet and peaceful, literally 12 steps from the apartment balcony down to the private pool and the place is immaculately clean! The bathroom was full of shampoos and other bits you might need, there was easily 20 towels in the cupboard which came in very handy for our beach trips and down at the pool and the washing machine and drying area was so useful for our 10 day trip! I can’t recommend this accommodation enough, we had the best stay for our time in Tenerife. Thanks again!

We had a great stay! The flat was lovely and Oliver was really helpful and thoughtful by providing towels and shampoo/sun cream etc. The flat is a 5 min walk to the beach which is very convenient, and is in a private complex, which means it is very peaceful. Oliver was very understanding and allowed for flexible check-in/out times. Overall great place for a holiday.

Place was perfect for our holiday. Communication before check in was excellent and Priit met us outside and showed us around. We had no need to contact him again until we left but no doubt he would have been available if needed. Our transfer dropped us right outside the apartment complex. There’s everything you’ll need for your stay, towels, bed linen, full kitchen, air con, washing machine, hairdryer, iron etc etc. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool is about 20yds away and we were lucky and virtually had it to ourselves. Within a 10 minute (slow) walk there are a multitude of bars and restaurants (to suit most tastes) , shops and the beach. The best supermarket (Stop and Shop) is easily missed on the walk to the seafront. It stocks just about everything you’re likely to need and is reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment was very nice and has everything you need. The location was brilliant, only 5-10 minute walk to the beach and main resturant areas and a big supermarket close by. The pool was lovley and the neighbourhood kind of quiet and friendly. Oliver was a great host and easy to get in touch with. Would go again.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is near all local amenities including supermarkets and restaurants. Oliver is a very good host who meets and greets and helps with any problems. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Fab apartment with lots of character and space. The location is very central close to Puerto Colon beach, the supermarket was a 2minute walk and lots of shops and restaurants/bars all within 5minute walk. The pool was great and very clean & walm which is a bonus... there is only a few sunbeds so need to get up early to grab one. Great communication with host and the aircon was a life saver! Thank you.

Lovely holiday! Location is great and only a short walk towards the beach and promenade and we felt at home the whole time! Had the pool to ourselves most of the time too which was an added bonus. Oliver is a great host who even met us at 4:30am so we could hand over the keys before heading off to catch our early morning flight back home. Wish we could've stayed another week we will definitely be back in the future!

Had a nice holiday at Olivers place. Lovely spacious apartment, liked sitting out on the terrace & only a few steps to the pool, which was never too busy. All the extras in apartment were much appreciated. Walking distance to bus station, beach, nightlife etc. Few nice restaurants round about & supermarket nearby.

Відпочивали сім'єю троє дітей і я з чоловіком. Чудовий господар. Чудове розташування - все дуже близько: магазини , шопінг-центри, ресторани-кафе, зупинки автобусів, аквапарк, до пляжів пройтися 5-7 хвилин. Комплекс тихий, басейн чистий.

Korter oli suurepärane, köögis olid olemas peale kohustuslike asjade ka maitseained ja muud vidinad mis on väga mõnus. Samuti oli hea kiire internet, rannarätikud, lapsele mänguasjad, parkimine ning väga heade randade lähedus.

Oliver was more than accommodating with everything, the apartment was fully equipped even down to sun tan lotion, hairdryer, ironing board/iron, extra bedding/towels, loads for cooking utensils. It was like home from home but in the sunshine. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

Very nice and cozy apartment at a very convenient location - 5-minute walk from the beach, next to many affordable restaurants and shops. Great outdoor pool available all day with just a few people at the area. Apartment was in a good shape with all the necessary utilities. Fast wi-fi and good connectivity throughout our stay. Very helpful host. We would recommend this apartment to any traveler in Tenerife.

Oliver was really friendly, he always answered the phone when we needed help! The apartment is nice and cozy it had everything (comfy pillows, lots of towels -sun creams, even safe parking space for car, etc..) Its pretty close to the beach, shops, restaurants! i would recommend to everyone!

The apartment is very comfortable. Located very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping area. Despite the fact its located in the busy area the complex itself is very quite. It was great to find everything I could ever need in the apartment including lotions for sun and after sun, full set of towels and hairdryer that I could use. Traveling next time this all can save a plenty space in the luggage. The owner was always ready to answer any questions and to organize everything I needed. I would definitely choose it once again.

Very good location, close to shopping centre, beach, pubs and restaurants, only few steps to lovely swimming pool. Secure and safety state. We really liked the place: quiet and beautiful. Good beaches and promenades. The apartment has everything you might need: dishes, iron, washing machine and so on. The place was really nice and spacious and had everything one could wish for. We had rented a car and travelled all over the island, so this location was perfect. Oliver was a very helpful and nice host, so we would definetely come back. I highly recommend this apartment! Thanks again :)
